1) Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the custom song and music video creation services ("Services") provided by RanioLab ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2) Services Provided
We create custom original songs and/or music videos based on information you provide. The final product is a digital file (audio in MP3/WAV format, video in MP4 format) delivered electronically via email or file-sharing link. We do not provide physical products unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
3) How to Order
To place an order, you must: (a) select a package or request a custom quote; (b) complete the creative brief with the details you want included in your song; (c) submit payment in full. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We will contact you if we need additional information before starting.
4) Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or any other method indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely by third-party
payment processors. We do not store your payment information
5) Production and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicated for each package and begin from the date payment is confirmed and the creative brief is complete. Typical timelines are: The Song (3 days), Song + Video (5 days), The Full Experience (7 days). Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery
dates are estimates and not guarantees. We will notify you promptly if any delay is expected.
6) Creative Brief and Client Responsibilities
The quality and personalization of the final product depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate names, details, and stories; (b) specifying your preferred music style, mood, and any special requests; (c) responding to our communications in a timely manner. Delays in providing information or
feedback may result in extended delivery times.
7 Concept Approval
For the Song + Video and Full Experience packages, we will send you a concept/mood summary and/or storyboard for your approval before proceeding with full production. You must approve or request adjustments within 48 hours. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will proceed based on the proposed concept.
8) Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions as specified at the time of purchase. A revision includes minor adjustments such as: changing specific words in the lyrics, adjusting the mood or tempo, modifying video timing, pacing, or visual flow. The following are NOT considered revisions and may require a new order or additional fee: changing the entire genre or musical style after concept approval; requesting a completely different song concept; requesting changes to elements that were approved in the concept stage. Additional revisions beyond those included may be purchased at a rate agreed upon before work begins.
9) Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun. However: (a) If we have not yet begun production, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. (b) If the final product contains objective errors (wrong name, incorrect details you clearly specified in the brief), we will correct them at no extra charge. (c) Subjective dissatisfaction ("I don't like how it sounds") after concept approval is not grounds for a refund, but we will work with you within the included revisions to adjust the result.
10) Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Personal Use (The Song and Song + Video packages)
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the song and/or video for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes: playing at private events, sharing on personal social media, gifting to individuals. You may NOT use these for advertising, business promotion, monetized content, or resale without purchasing a commercial license
Commercial Use (The Full Experience package or custom agreement):
The Full Experience package includes a social media commercial license that allows you to use the song and video for: monetized social media content, creator channels, and business social media pages. This license does not cover broadcast TV, radio, paid advertising campaigns, or use in physical retail environments.Extended Commercial Use (add-on): For broader commercial rights including paid advertising campaigns, broadcast TV/radio, branding, and promotional purposes, an additional commercial license is required. Contact us for a custom quote based on your project needs.Resale of the song/video as-is to third parties is not permitted under any license.
Creator Rights
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins
11) Content Guidelines
We reserve the right to decline any order that requests content that is: hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence; defamatory toward any individual; sexually explicit; in violation of any applicable law. If we decline an order, you will receive a full refund
12) Limitation of Liability
Our total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for how third parties (gift recipients, event attendees, social media platforms) react to or use the content.
13) Communication
All order-related communication should be conducted via email at [your email] or through the contact form on our website. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
14) Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
15) Governing Law
These Terms of Service ("Terms")These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Macerata, Italy
